The major cause is the narrowing of the airway depends on the anatomy in each person. When you sleep, the muscles within this area are more relax then make more smaller airway, resulted not enough air into your lung, and then effect to not enough oxygen into your brain.

  1. Screening sleep test: convenience, easy and can be test anywhere when you sleep.
  2. Comprehensive sleep test (Polysomnography: PSG): All details of sleep parameters, one night inside the Bangkok-Phuket Hospital with the caring of sleep technician whole night long.
