How can I ensure that my online payment to Bangkok Hospital Phuket is secure?

Patients can ensure that the online payment to Bangkok Hospital Phuket is secure through their co-banking partner, Kasikorn Bank. With the highest security system, financial

transactions are secured on the protected, centralized server of Kasikorn Bank. The

verification is done by PricewaterhouseCoopers and under the control by Bank of Thailand.

What types of goods or services can be conducted to buy or pay via the Hospital Online

Payment? Bill payments that can be paid for goods and services are as follows:

Can I pay in installments?

Bangkok Hospital Phuket does not provide periodic installments, however, you can contact us at info@phukethospital.com before the appointment to see if it is possible to set up

formal payment arrangements based on the hospital’s established policies.

Can I pay my bill online?

Yes, you may pay your bill online. Online payments can be made by MasterCard, Visa,

Discover Card or American Express.

When is Hospital Online Payment available?

Hospital Online Payment is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week for anyone with

Internet access.

Who can I talk to regarding the questions about my bill?

Questions about your bill can be directed to the Cashier Department, who are able to assist and answer any questions. Reach the department by calling +66 (0) 7625 4425 ext. 1230-6 for Inpatient Cashier and ext. 1132-3 for Outpatient Cashier.

Patients may also send an email to info@phukethospital.com and we will respond within 24 hours during normal business days. Please do not use this email address to send personal information including account or credit card numbers.
