Bangkok Hospital Phuket has proudly won the Gold award in the Chief Nurse of the Year category at the Hospital Management Asia Awards 2024. The award-winning project, titled “Embracing Excellence: Leading Change with ADKAR and Navigating Nursing Transformations at Bangkok Hospitals in Phuket,” was developed by Pilailak Zusiripaisan, MBA, RN, and the Nurse Executive Team, reflecting significant advancements in nursing leadership at Bangkok Hospital Phuket, Bangkok Hospital Siriroj, and Dibuk Hospital.

The award was presented during the HMA Awards Dinner on August 29, 2024, at the Nusa Dua Convention Center in Bali, Indonesia. The event featured 307 entries from 113 hospitals across 15 countries, with only 37 projects recognized across 9 categories.
