1) Q. What is Hospital Online Payment?
A. It is a service that provides greater channels for pay your medical expenses or your family via Internet by yourself which is also known as "Electronic Payment" services.

2) Q. What types of goods or services can be conducted buy or pay via Hospital Online Payment?
A. Bill Payment which will enable you to pay for goods and services:

  • Buy our checkup packages and programs
  • Buy Chivawattana cards
  • Pay medical expenses

3) Q. Can I pay my bill online?
A. Yes. You may pay your bill online. Payment may be made with MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card or American Express.

4) Q. Who can I talk to regarding questions about my bill?
A. Our Cashier Department consists of our cashiers are available to answer your billing questions.
You can reach our department by calling +66 (0) 7625 4425 ext. 1132-3 for Inpatient cashier and ext.1230-6 for Outpatient Cashier. You may also send an e-mail to info@phukethospital.com, we will respond within 24 hours on business days. Please do not use this e-mail address to send personal information such as your account or credit card numbers.

5) Q. What if I am unable to make the full payment? Can I set up a payment plan?
A. Yes, our Cashier Department can set up formal payment arrangements based on our established policies. You can reach our department by calling +66 (0) 7625 4425 ext. 1132-3 for Inpatient cashier and ext.1230-6 for Outpatient Cashier.

3) Q. What is Secured Socket Layer (SSL)?
A. SSL is the high-level technology that KASIKORNBANK uses to keep your data safe. It is used to create a secret code for your conversation with the computer. It is useful to protect against others viewing the secret data during data transmission. KASIKORNBANK uses SSL128 bits which ensures a minimum possibility of someone being able to decode because it requires use of the highest speed internet in the world to decode and takes 1019 years.

4) Q. What is a Firewall?
A. Firewall means the system or a group systems that the Bank uses to control accessing between 2 networks. The Firewall system of KASIKORNBANK can protect unauthorized Login from outside the network and can block entering of information outside the network. It is also the focal point to maintain security, check and catch irregularities which is like the cushion point of the network.

5) Q. Do you use cookies?
