Through over 2 decades of serving both Thai and international clientèle, Bangkok Hospital Phuket has been increasingly sharpening its medical experience and expertise covering all medical sub-specialties. Its doctors and staff also have long been immersed in the most vibrant learning environment with a strong commitment to overcome any limitations for a better tomorrow.
Now, we are ready to introduce a brand-new facility dedicated to research and academic development –The Bangkok-Phuket Health Research Development Center. Housed under the same roof as Bangkok Hospital Phuket, it serves as a top-notch biomedical research center, complete with sophisticated technology and research methodology, as well as a full team of experienced researchers. And all will combine to make for distinctive and groundbreaking research at international levels.
Vision and Mission
The Bangkok-Phuket Health Research Development Center has been established as part of a strategy to make Bangkok Hospital Phuket a Medical Center of Choice offering world-class tertiary care. Constant medical research and innovations is believed to be a key driving force to uplift the quality of medical services, resulting in greater and greater treatment outcome towards patients’ better quality of life in the end. As an astounding academic synergy among the hospitals in Bangkok Dusit Medical Services (BDMS) –Southern Group (Group 6), the center will open up unique opportunities for biomedical and clinical research, using a multidisciplinary approach in order to break new ground in medical research and advancement in the betterment of overall patient care in the future. Such benevolence will not only be felt locally, but it will also expand beyond frontiers to benefit millions and millions of people around the world. We always work in collaboration with leading academic institutions worldwide, and we believe that such strong ties and partnership can make a big difference and change the world.
