When we receive a compliment:
- Step 1 - We receive your compliment.
- Step 2 - We record and acknowledge your compliment.
- Step 3 - We informs the TQM manager about your compliment, and agree what action to take. (We discuss it further if necessary, sometimes with senior managers)
- Step 4 - We informs all relevant members of staff about the compliments they receive and share it as an example of best practice.
- Step 5 - We will post your submitted photos, stories and compliments in our web site.
