Online hemodiafiltration (Online HDF)

While conventional hemodialysis uses diffusion to remove toxins, Online hemodiafiltration makes use of convection, a more efficient process for the optimal removal of a wider spectrum of toxins. Online hemodiafiltration is a new treatment modality for end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients that expands the spectrum of uremic toxin removal from small-sized solutes, as in conventional hemodialysis (HD), to middle-sized and large molecular weight solutes by combining convective clearance with diffusion. Growing evidence suggests the superiority of Online HDF compared with the conventional HD technique in many aspects including:

• Enhanced solute removal capacity of uremic toxins
• Superiority in hemodynamic stability
• Better anemia correction
• Improvement in the biocompatibility from combining high-flux synthetic biocompatible membranes, ultrapure dialysis fluid purity, and passivation of the membrane by the protein coating layer
• Reducing the risk of cardiovascular complications

Conventional hemodialysis

Equipped with modern hemodialysis machine Fresenius 4008 S next generation with online clearance monitoring system that you will reach targeted hemodialysis adequacy (Kt/V) all the time.

Liver dialysis

Liver dialysis including Plasma adsorption , MARS dialysis.

Therapeutic Apheresis

Therapeutic Apheresis including DFPP(Double filtration plasmapheresis), Plasma exchange, Leukocytapheresis.

Critical care nephrology

In ICU and CCU including Acute intermittent hemodialysis , Sustained low efficiency dialysis ,Continuous renal replacement therapy (CVVHD ,CVVH,CVVHDF) ,Liver dialysis, Therapeutic Apheresis.

Water treatment system

We use reverse osmosis water treatment which is calibrated on Ultrapure water and AAMI (The Association of Advancement of Medical Instrumentation) standard and portable reverse osmosis water treatment system for bedside acute dialysis in ICU and CCU.

Dialysate

Dialysate provide standard electrolyte concentration and bicarbonate based solution.

Dialysis stations each equipped with:

• Electronic adjustable beds
• ECG monitoring, Blood pressure, Pulse rate and Oxygen saturation
